Platform Overview
English Windows is a learning platform designed to connect teachers and students for language learning. Teachers set their own rates and schedules, while students pay for classes directly through the platform, selecting a teacher of their choice. Teachers are paid weekly for each class completed. English Windows retains 20% of the total cost to maintain site operations, while the remaining 80% is paid to teachers.
Electronic Communications
Visiting https://englishwindows.net or sending emails to English Windows constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
By using this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that English Windows is not responsible for third-party access to your account due to theft or misappropriation. English Windows reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
Children Under Thirteen
English Windows does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use https://englishwindows.net only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
You may cancel your class purchases at any time. Cancellations made after 15 days will receive a 50% refund. All purchased classes will remain in your account for 3 months. After 3 months, your classes will expire with no refund. Classes may be used with any teacher of your choice. You may also cancel your teacher’s lessons and re-use your purchase with another teacher.
